Practice ensures at all time all persons attending the practice are safe, so as to provide our high quality and high standard facilities and services to practitioners in a safe environment.

Our staff are here to help you with all their best with what they can, they always treat you with respect and they deserve to be treated the same with respect and courtesy.

• Please do not coerce beyond what they can do.
• Please help us make the centre a safe place for all visitors
• Treat everyone with respect and polite manner
• Everyone who yells, threatens or push people will be asked to leave immediately. If that person is a patient of a doctor we support, their doctor will also be notified. Their doctor may also choose to take further action including closing their appointment bookings to that person.

In order for the centre to maintain good relations with all the’patients of the doctors we support, the centre would like to ask all their patients to read and take note of the occasional types of behaviour that would be found unacceptable:

• Using offensive language or swearing at practice staff
• Any physical violence towards any member of the Practice Team or other patients, such as pushing or shoving
• Verbal abuse insulting towards the staff in any form
• Racial abuse and sexual harassment will not be tolerated within this practice
• Persistent or unrealistic demands that cause stress to staff will not be accepted. Requests will be met wherever possible and explanations given when they cannot
• Causing damage/stealing from the Practice’s premises, staff or patients
• Obtaining drugs and/or medical services fraudulently
• Finally, your doctors and our staff treat you with great repect and care, and they expect you to treat them the same with respect and courteousy.
