Our innovative and expanding Wynyard Medical Centre is actively seeking a team leader part-time Registered Nurse In-charge. This position requires a suitable person with demonstrated experience and training in the following areas:

• Fully registered as RN with AHPRA
• A member of ANMF
• Hold nurse immuniser and Covid-19 vaccination certificates
• At least 3-5 years of GP Clinical RN Experience
• At least 1-2 years  of GP Nurse Management Experience
• Highly motivated and dynamic
• Like like personality and interpersonal skill
• Able to carry out management well under pressure
• Excellent Leadership & Team Building Skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Excellent in managing of day to day running of the Nursing Department
• Able to demonstrate excellent skills in Organising, Prioritising, Planning, Recording, and Reporting
• Excellent knowledge of Data Analysis for Quality Improvement (QI)
• Administrative and Human Resource Management for recruitment of nurses
• Excellent skills in  stock management and
• Excellent skills in purchasing clinical items and maintenance
• Excellent knowledge and skills in Practice Risks Management
• Excellent Business management, Marketing Skills and Future Planning
• Vast knowledge of Overall Strategic Planning
• Clinical, Medicare, and Office computer software knowledge
• Understanding of Staff Teaching & Training
• Excellent knowledge, skills, and experience in Practice Accreditation Requirements & Process
