In an emergency when medical care is urgently required, the doctors we support suggest their patients to contact the Ambulance services on 000.

The doctors consulting from the practice are able to look after their patients’ after hours care who live within the local area. Where your doctor is not available you may be able to use the services of GP Assist. GP Assist is a government funded telephone triage service.  To contact GP Assist for care outside of your doctor’ consultation hours please phone 1800 022 222 FREE.  The GP Assist phone line will be answered by a qualified nurse and/or a GP.  If a GP is required to visit, this will be assessed and arranged at the time.  The doctors we support may charge a an addition fee where their patients require consultation outside of their normal consultation hours (generally a fee of $200.00).

HOME VISITS during consulting hours are provided as needed basis by the doctors we support to their patients on request. Please discuss this directly with your doctor.
