Darlene started working at Wynyard Medical Centre 15 years ago as a receptionist whilst completing her Diploma of Nursing. In 2012 She took on the role of an Enrolled Nurse.  Over the years she has worked at the centre she has developed an interest in becoming a nurse immuniser which requires her to be a registered nurse and she is now studying her Batchelor Degree of Nursing to achieve her goals. She enjoys working with patients to enhance their lives with education and the development of care plans about their conditions enabling better health outcomes for them. outside of work, she enjoys playing indoor bowls and doing crossword puzzle.
