To expect that all staff will communicate with you in a manner you understand.

To give your doctor, practice staff members and other patients respect and consideration.

To be assured that your personal information will be handled in a confidential manner.

To privacy concerning your health care. All personal information held by the practice will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by law.

To have access to your medical records with a reasonable time of your request in accordance with the Privacy Legislation.

To review your clinical record, request a copy of your medical records, or designate a health care provider to receive a copy of your record in accordance with the Privacy Legislation.
