If you experience a problem or concern we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to our Practice Manager who can assist to provide that feedback to your doctor. You may prefer to provide the feedback in writing. The doctors we support take their patient’s concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously and encourage their patients to contact them (through the practice) at first instance and they will endeavours to solve the problems concerned.
