Samantha joined Wynyard Medical Centre in 2021 as part of the reception team and, through her dedication, leadership, and strong operational skills, progressed to the role of Practice Manager.

As Practice Manager, Samantha leads the daily operations of the medical centre, ensuring the practice runs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care and service. She oversees the administrative and operational functions of the clinic, supporting practitioners and coordinating the reception team to ensure patients receive a smooth and professional experience from arrival to consultation.

Samantha is responsible for key areas of practice management including staff leadership and coordination, accreditation and quality standards, policy and procedure development, regulatory compliance, Medicare billing processes, and the implementation of effective practice systems. She works closely with practitioners and staff to maintain a well-organised, compliant, and patient-focused environment.
