In an emergency when medical care is urgently required, the doctors we support suggest their patients to contact the Ambulance services on 000.

The doctors consulting from the practice are able to look after their patients’ after-hours care who live within the local area.
Where your doctor is not available after hours you may be able to use the services of the after hours on call GP by calling the practice after-hours on 03 6442 2201 and following the prompts. 

Alternatively you can contact Health Direct to speak with a Registered Nurse for non urgent care outside of your doctor’s consultation hours please phone 1800 022 222 FREE.  The Health Direct phone line will be answered by a qualified nurse.  If a GP is required to visit, this will be assessed and arranged at the time.  The on-call doctors we support may arrange to see you in the clinic or visit you at home outside our operational hours.

HOME VISITS during consulting hours are provided as needed basis by the doctors we support to their patients on request. Please discuss this directly with your doctor.
