Wynyard Medical Centre employs a number of administrative support staff.  Most staff are employed on a part-time or Casual basis which allows flexibility in hours worked.  The administration staff are valuable assets to the practice.  Some of the tasks they perform include meeting and greeting patients of the doctors we support when they arrive at the practice, organising and managing the appointment diary, processing patient accounts, and payments, and any other duty requested.

The administration staff also assists the doctors we support alongside the Practice Nurses to assist those doctors to coordinate specific chronic disease clinics.  The aim is to ensure patients arrive and are scheduled for specific appointments to manage their medical conditions.

The administration staff are led by Samantha Scholte (Office Administration In-charge) and her team members are Trista Redman(Senior Receptionist), Maddy Troughton, Kellynne Gillman, Amy Witt, Tully Waston, Rachel Tregurtha, Kaitlyn Hind and Kearny Hardy.
