The doctors we support offer appointments at 10-minute intervals with longer consultations available on request for their patients. To ensure appointments are at a time the doctors we support advise that appointments are made well in advance where possible and request that their patients inform our friendly receptionists in case of needing a longer appointment for complex medical issues which normally requires more than 10 minutes.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, it would be appreciated if you could advise the practice on 03 6442 2201 as soon as possible so that we can pass this information onto your doctor who may re-allocate the appointment for their other patients in needs. If you are attending late due to unavoidable circumstances, please call our friendly receptionists to inform your doctor about being late and arrange your appointment appropriately.

Despite their best intentions and efforts your doctor sometimes runs late. This may be because someone has needed unexpected urgent medical attention from them for an extended time. Your doctors appreciates your kind consideration. If you need to leave on time for another appointment please do not hesitate to notify the reception staff on your arrival and they will inform your doctor about the matter who will make arrangements as appropriate.
